If only the card user barcode was within the app so that you didn’t need to remember the library card...

Nice app, far easier than the website on a mobile device. Shame it doesn't give as much info as the website (e.g. Where you are on the hold list).

Easy to use but would be better with a "Renew All" button. Also, it would be helpful to link multiple borrower numbers to each account as I have to log out between checking accounts for each child.

Difficult to scan card and when I do the number is completely different to the on printed on it! Also pin that I ordered does not work with it, there are no instructions on the best way to scan and finally it is not obvious on the app how to contact the app owners for help. Please improve the app so that I can use it soon, I love ordering books and audio books online and love this app to work.

The idea of the app is good but unfortunately it fails to list your library loans - not very helpful! Please please fix
