Отсутствие компетенции
Курьеры, такое ощущение, принципиально не смотрят на срок годности товара, который берут в магазине. Курьеры в большинстве случаев берут не те товары, которые указаны в заказе. Если есть какие-то проблемы с оплатой или увеличении стоимости заказа из-за ошибки курьера, нужно очень долго общаться с поддержкой и объяснять, как работает перерасчет и банковские переводы.
Waiting times are insane…
I will never order again from Glovo, it’s a joke. Waiting for an hour and a half… and the other day they just cancelled the order, because “no courier” was found. What the hell? Close the shop if you don’t have enough couriers. It’s stupid

Отвратительная поддержка, списывают деньги и не возвращают
Почему каждый раз проблемы с заказами именно в вашем приложении? Ни у кого нет такого количества проблем. В который раз одно и тоже - заменяют продукты как хотят или отсутствует что-то из заказа. Мне заменили помидоры на чеснок!! Это вообще как? Нафига мне столько чеснока? Где логика была? Не доставили рис - все это указано в приложении после доставки, деньги не вернули на счет. Я уже час общаюсь с тех поддержкой и она не может сообразить, посмотреть детали заказа, высылаю скрины и тоже тупость в ответ. На скринах так и написано, что помидоры заменили на чеснок! Отказываются переводить на русскоговорящего менеджера, хотя они есть - я это знаю, так как со мной общались уже. Я час из жизни потратила на это и так деньги и не вернули. Заберите у меня этот чеснок и верните за него деньги и за рис!!

- нет возможности связаться с поддержкой - выбираешь продукты, а потом оказывается, что их нет в наличии, при этом деньги за них списываются - выбрать адрес неудобно, посмотрите как это сделано в Яндекс еде / самокате / где угодно - нет русского языка при выборе товаров - в корзине нет фотографий того что я заказал. Только армянские надписи
