Useless support
I ordered liver and hearts from Chashnagiri through Glovo. Half of the liver was extremely bitter, while the other half was fine. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, the restaurant blamed me, claiming it was my fault because the dish is made with pepper, and I "should have specified" not to include it. Excuse me, but I am perfectly capable of distinguishing bitterness from spiciness, and the taste of bile from the taste of black pepper! Moreover yesterday a restaurant promised to contact me but it didn’t happen! I contacted Glovo and asked to provide a transcript of the previous conversation as it is not possible to find it in the app. Instead they again gave my email to the restaurant so it could explain me everything about the dish. Are you insane? I don’t need explanation. I need a very specific solution. Sending my contacts is not one of them.
A lot of ways to improve
So app as I think is not a lot well designed first of all. Then if you order your final bill could be altered in any way even if you didn't ask for even for a lot higher amount that you did order. There is no proper communication with customer at all. In other apps you have proper communication at all levels. As I see for now all service is courier-focused rather then costumer-centric

“3 free deliveries upon registration”
I gave a promo code to register to get free shipping, and my friend was supposed to get 3 free shipping. In fact, he got 1 free shipping and I didn't get any. The support said that the rest of the free shipping was cancelled because he didn't add a credit card, although this was not stated in the terms. I will not use your service anymore!
