Parenting is a balancing act requiring us to nourish our nervous systems, in order to empower our children and lead by example. The yoga-based tools offered are trauma-sensitive and supportive of children (and parents) struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm/ highly sensitive, ADD and more. Mind-body-emotion practices are presented in short segments so you can get offline and incorporate them into your day!
