I bought membership, but I can’t even watch movies or series without stopping, live channel shows are same, stops every two minutes, I called their customer service, but they blamed my internet connection ( I had no problem with other apps with same internet), I did ask for refund, they said it’s not refundable. I don’t recommend!

I have this app for almost two weeks; Radio getting Disconnected is main issue I have had so far. Also You can not easily change your channel.

You have to stop broadcasting IRIB content from Iran right away!

I wanted to have subscription just for one month. There is no place in their website to cancel your subscription so I thought it is not auto renewal! After 6 months I figured out they keep charging me! When I called them to ask how should I cancel my membership, they told me you had to delete your credit card information! It is completely a fraud! Their costumer service was very rude and they didn’t let me talk to a manager!

First I don’t understand why there is ad on people who pays for membership second Why the bugs is never fixed. Now when playing stupid ads I can not skip it and then I can not forward or pause the video so I have to restart the app every time and this issue has been going on for months now and never fixed.

I am surprising while you guys don’t pay a penny for purchasing and getting the license for your shows, you increase the membership fee by 15% !!! Not only it’s an illegal business, it’s unethical to put ads before and after your shows and even in the middle of the playbacks. I reached out to them for the ads and they said they do that because of covering the expenses. What expenses? It’s SCAM. I’ll definitely cancel my membership. It’s not bearable anymore. And I’ll use some legal and high quality Persian steaming apps that are coming to business.

GLWiz is not working like before. It stoped operating a lot. Every ten minutes. I like this app and I think I am one of the first costumer u use this app.

This is just one way money making crap. I purchased for a monthly subscription for my son to watch Iran channel three AFC qualifiers. Channel 3 is accessible online, free if charge via IRIB, but that keep pausing frequently, so does GLWIZ. This channel just broadcast same channel with no difference. Historical important TV series just listed and the links are fake. example? Try “ Sarzamin Sabz” , “ Sarbedaran”. A few movies and TV series - of those with no artistic values works, I tested- lower quality than one could potential watch on youtube or other free channels. Paying a cent to such movies to kill the time ! I don’t commit such a crime to my life. Online chat? Just an icon. Waiting 40 minutes, one responds. Overall: Zero, misleading, Scam.
