I’ve booked a cleaning professionals with an equipment for 5pm. At 5:07pm still no one. I contacted a customer service, the operator apologized and said let me check I’ll call you back after a few minutes. Nobody called until 5:30pm, I called again. The same gentleman told me that the cleaning team is on traffic, let me check how long they need and I call you back. At 6:05 I’m trying to reach them again, the phone is off!!! At 6:15pm 2 ladies arrived. Without vacuum, without even scoop. My plans were ruined. It’s absolutely unacceptable service.

This company has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I have no idea why I keep giving them chances, only to be let down every time. Their appointments are a complete disaster. Once, I had an appointment at 1 PM, but they didn’t show up. When I called, they said they needed another 30 minutes, but they ended up arriving two hours late. They have absolutely no respect for timing. They promised me a refund but never followed through. Despite that, I gave them another chance and booked again for 2 PM, but they didn’t show up until 4:30 PM. The final straw was today—although the system showed a 2 PM slot available, they called to inform me the next available appointment was at 5 PM, and I’m sure they’ll be late for that too, blaming traffic. I’m done with this app. I’m deleting it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I did gel that had to last at least two weeks but they got ruined after four days. I contacted them and they told me we can fix nails within three days only. This shows how unprofessional they are!! Worst service ever! Let me mention that I asked for filipino staff but they sent me another nationality.

I booked them for manicure and pedicure. Their professional reached on time. Absolutely perfect at their job. The product she used was top notch. She was really amazing I loved my service and 100% recommend Jameels spa service. Always at their best. Thankyou for the quality experience

Booked services many times and they are always late, or cancelled without informing, today tried again and service team did not show up at all and all my personal plans was cancelled because of this app. Not recommended at all !

Poor management of the staff. They are sending professional to work without permits. The professional was unable to do the cleaning job due to the absent of work permit and security of the building didn’t allow them to get in. They are always late and with a lot of excuses. 2 times same history. I don’t recommend this app.

I ordered clean lady. And I’m not been home. Door was open and cleaner came to clean apartment. I have cash in my passport 7000 aed( I’m sure because at morning I calculate this money) after 5 days when I need to take this money and pay for one thing I calculate and it was 6000 aed. So 1000 is disappeared. I watch all table all papers, passport and cannot found. No one was at home all this days. Yes I understand it’s my mistake leave cleaner alone, don’t stay home when she wash or keep cash at home. But with me it is first time and I’m shock how people can open and take what is not for them! Company just say we ask her she say, she didn’t took money and don’t see passport. For sure what she can say. I don’t have camera inside room. So be careful with this and keep your money and things in safe area 🙏🏼Because company too don’t care if something disappears after them service

We recently booked a home service manicure and pedicure with Jameel, and while the technicians who attended to us were excellent in their work, our overall experience was marred by several management-related issues. Initially, there was a delay in their arrival beyond the scheduled time, which we understood could be due to traffic, albeit it slightly inconvenienced us. Despite this, we must commend the technicians for their exceptional skills and professionalism. They were friendly, courteous, and ensured our comfort throughout the session. However, what significantly detracted from our experience were the frequent interruptions caused by phone calls from the salon's management. These interruptions disrupted the flow of the service and appeared to rush the technicians unnecessarily. Consequently, what started promisingly ended with a feeling of haste, which was disappointing. Despite these challenges, the technicians managed to deliver a satisfactory job. In conclusion, while the technicians provided excellent service, the continuous interruptions from management calls were disruptive and detracted from the overall experience. Clients who opt for home services do so for the comfort and relaxation it promises, even at a higher cost than salon visits. Addressing these interruptions would greatly enhance the experience for Jameel's home service clients in the future. And we hope this won’t happened again.

I tried this application and i recommend using it. It is the best salon in the world.
