I can use the app once and then if I want to open it again it just says error. I’m forced to delete the app then redownload EVERY time I want to check my bus time. Also busses just don’t appear on the app.

Frequently crashes or says I have a slow server, then refuses to load the live tracker. Even thought my server is fine. 🙁The app is unusable 50% of the time.

The bus system is already questionable but having an app with all the bus information that doesn’t work makes everything worse. App won’t load for me anymore and I have to use google maps which isn’t reliable.

Once you type the destination it never changes until uninstalled and reinstalled. Numerous other bugs and troubles. The developer must have used ChatGPT for their degree.

Hundreds of people have already talked about the issues with the app, from the terrible interface to the app refusing to load quite often. For me, it loads less than half the time. However, I need to point out how these problems have been stated YEARS ago, and the last time this app got a patch was 2 years ago. That is insane. UF, what are you doing??? Get it together and update this glitchy nightmare that so many people rely on! Edit: I just found out about NaviGator, and I can’t believe anybody still uses this app when there is a perfectly functional version of it. If you hate this app, get NaviGator. It does the same things except it actually works. It has 5 stars vs this one’s 1 star, and it shows. Get NaviGator.

Great concept if it actually worked. I think it currently has a 95% non-usage for me. As in, 95% of the times I have tried using it (everyday) it doesn’t actually load and I need to keep clicking refresh (which does nothing asides from just popping the message back again). TransLoc wasn’t as detailed, but it ALWAYS worked. I’ll take a working app over this mess any day. Please just give us a working app. Doesn’t need to be fancy, doesn’t need to have 5 different map options. Just a reliable bus tracker.

It really shouldn’t be this difficult to find a bus. I mean the app won’t load unless I tilt my phone sideways, a tutorial pops up every time you open the app, and you can’t even see the map while you are looking up routes. It would be so easy to fix these problems.

Please fix the problems. Cannot even see where the buses are!

Every day it’s shutting down or not showing busses. When will there be a website as well instead of just the app? It’s been days and the busses still aren’t showing.

This app never works no app should have you uninstall the app and reinstall every 30 seconds just to be able to use it absolutely garbage
