First of all the new interface is kind of confusing. Secondly why the default is to pay cash even for delivery SO INCONVENIENT THE OLD APP WOULD DIRECTLY TAKE ME TO THE CARD PAYMENT WHAT ON EARTH HAPENED?!

Great food, love Blacksheep, please improve your app - it’s so hard to use, I’ve had to reinstall and it’s still now showing me the menu

Location search is hidden by keypad. No email received for registration. Change password is not double confirmed. Flat no should not be required for office building. Payment option not selectable in main screen.

Even better if the app saved all my personal details incl address so I don’t have to retune everytime I order :)

Pros -I like that it’s free delivery Cons - bombarded with emails instead of in app notifications -there are no notifications to show that food is on the way -I have to input my special delivery instructions each time I place an order. The app shd be able to save past delivery Instructions if I select the same delivery address as last time (Uber eats app has this function) Good effort on the app nonetheless
