The app dosnt let me verify my phone number no code is sent and I can’t even use the app

I wouldn’t rely on them for an airport run, they’ve been late before. But for runs around town they’re ok. Please though, I beg you to offer us control of notifications. I’ve counted 10 notifications for one trip. Multiple emails, SMS, app/push, voicemail, phone calls. Repeated notifications via different methods it’s insane and completely unnecessary.

Great service! Always on time 98% of the time (not everyone is perfect), friendly drivers & clean cars plus their fares are always reasonable! My go to taxi in Luton!

On the 7 June I ordered a taxi, I was waiting outside the flats so he would miss me but he did I saw him so I came out on to the road to flag him down & still drove passed me so I rang him to explain what he did he told me not to ring him & when I got in the car he said I was wasting his petrol driving up & down looking for the address, do I still want to get in his car, I stated he was rude & he said I was rude to him, not a happy crusty

The app is good but some of the drivers take the mick, accepting rides and then sitting in the same location for ages. You need to add a driver rating feature like uber

This app isn’t working properly most of the times the app says 1 min and in 1 min the phone calls saying your taxi is outside and when u get outside you have nobody waiting for you i try to speak with the operator and he was being very rude to me when i asked him about this issue!!

driver shouted at me for “spilling coffee” in his car and started telling me i needed to pay him for cleaning fee’s. I never had a drink in his car, let alone spilt one,, it was on the floor when i got in the car

Four times the cost of catching a train to a quarter of the distance, wouldn’t recommend
