Отличная штука для самостоятельного путешествия по Майами. Жаль, что карты грузит гугловские, вместо встроенных - неудобно если есть только жпрс.

parece que la app no es la correspondiente porque te cobran y no se refleja el saldo. 2 compras realice y ninguna funcionó. Además no queda registrado el usuario creado en la página oficial . Un robo

The app just doesn’t work at all. It open but any menu you select is worthless. It only displays blank pages

When I tried to use the app to get the QR code of my day pass it didn’t work. I tried many times through the day but still didn’t work. Later in the night it worked but it was useless. It made me waste a whole day pass.

I've been using this app over 6 months now to buy tickets for all the public transportation in Miami, including Tri-rail and so far is working fine for me. I know people is complaining about how to use it, but for me. it is very simple to use. Also It is very convenient for me so I don't have to deal with machines tickets at all.

Doesn’t have an easy way to use purchased passes

You should be able to add funds to easy card much easier. The easy card should be a mobile card that can be added the the iPhone wallet. You should not have to swipe the card in order to see the amount of funds on the card. Should be visible on the app as soon as it is added. Whoever created this app is an idiot.

Not user-friendly you cannot use Google pay, or Apple Pay only a physical card and your actual billing details and if you live outside of the United States, then you cannot use this app because they do not use a global payment system. This add needs a major update because as of now it is stuck in the year 2010 just like the most of Florida! Total garbage, not user-friendly and antiquated.

Like most serious services in Miami this app is all flash and no substance! Its idiotic. I’m deleting it from my phone. You should do the same or don’t download it.
