I’ve never known an App with so many issues!! Go to fill in my hours and the option to do so has disappeared.

Can’t even log in as it comes up with an error

New app is not working. I tried many times but it is not opening. I want to enter my timesheet for this week many times but response was very poor.

I get notification and reminder from email that I got my shifts, but when I opened it, there is nothing there. So I have to call the CS every week to help me accept the shift. Such a useless app, needs much more improvement!

Horrible system, horrible app. No work, simple as that.

App got many issues as they update.

Rather than opening the app, flipping a coin would provide a more reliable answer to the question "Is the app going to work today, or crash constantly with all new and improved bugs?" The update releases consistently introduce new bugs / stability issues and very rarely resolve any of the ongoing performance and reliability failures. Come on, you can do better

The app doesn’t even load or allow for me to log in. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

Repeated attempts to update has proven to be useless. This isn’t the first time the App has failed.

I frequently get notifications for offered shifts and then when I open the app very quickly after getting the notification sometimes there is nothing there. Even when I can see an offered shift it says “no longer available” seconds after I get the notification. I have to call and then I am told that the shift is actually available and that it must be an error in the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and I am still having these issues. Nobody seems to have a solution to this problem other than to uninstall and reinstall but like I said, I have done that several times and the issue still has not resolved. I feel I am missing out on shifts because of this app.
