First collect was was good. Second one they postponed my collecting day even though I waited a long week. Third collect they find two bags and make drama coz I put by mistake a can they only counted one bag and the collector was very rude with my family. Very unprofessional Customer service non existent I wasted weeks collecting and cleaning. I do not recommend this small minded business

I’ve used Recapp for couple of years, valuing its eco-friendliness. However, the new monthly subscription has made me consider opt for simplicity, tossing recyclables into regular trash. No more cluttered spaces, booking hassles, or waiting.

I think it’s good for big companies or huge water drinking family. They asking to have 4kg of plastic bottles to come and collect. I have to dedicate another room for collecting all 4kg?! Waste of time to download and register. They should mention it before all that hassle.

Received an email that there will be a charge or subscription needed now for collection. Hope this change will help improve the service as we are somehow paying for it in the coming new year -2025.

Its been a month and i cant find a date for collection and definitely i dnt wanna pay a subscription as i fill my stuff once a month it will be useless for me

Hi, i've notice that the collecting of my recap is always cancelled evry schedule that i book, as per the collector he can not find the parking space., there is also instances that i booked 5 bags, but collected only 2 bags due to his no spaces in the car.. let me know if they dont want to collect anymore the RECAP in my place and i will stop collecting bottles from my end. I even called the number, he just press the buton only and hearing my voice..
