The worst app I’ve ever come across. It keeps asking for your information when trying to set it up but keeps giving error messages & nothing else. Now I’ve put all my info but still doesn’t work. This app is nothing but a tracker once it’s installed in your phone! I’d give it a zero rate if it’s only possible because it’s not even worth 1 star!

JG summit who owns almost every line of business in Phili can’t or won’t hire proper IT to build a proper app. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app. Absolute c r a p

It’s incredibly suspect that they delinked the cebupacific rewards program from your cebpac account, of which is also hard to get into. Creating an account itself is hard to do, getting your points back now that its possible to fly is even harder. I’m sure getting a response from the good people that designed this system will be next to impossible.

This App has been riddled with problems. Can never link my old Get Go Rewards membership with the new Go Rewards system. Now after doing the latest update, can’t even log into my account anymore. Get an error message saying Sorry, this account can’t be located. I give up on this app…total waste of time.

It has been weeks and Log In issues using phone no. Or Forgot Password has not been resolved. They do not gave facility to reset Sign In. For days no end, they have been sending messages that they will follow up and update me but after a week past no contact or action is taken.
