drivers don’t show up, support doesn’t respond, the app charges money for canceling an order, even though the driver simply doesn’t want to go. Drivers don’t know the roads and don’t know how to use maps.

On 08.01.2024 I made payment in the Goa miles app to my account balance of 1000 rupees. And the payment was successful. I saw this 1000 rupees on my balance in app. But after some time this money from the balance just disappeared. After my complaint to support they told that do not see any transaction even though I attached the bank transaction details. Never use this app. You will just lose your money.

Не дает пополнить счет. То просто вылетает, то пишет ошибку. Не принимает международную карту. Пробую указать оплату наличкой, но все равно пишет, что нужно внести деньги на счет.

They charged 10 times more and finally taxi driver try to fight

First of all not finding cars in morjim area! Every time is logging out if i not use for one hour! Trying to top up my balance, but after i fill all details its just crushing, and without money in account wallet i cant take a taxi((( Very bad experience, please before you release app, fix all bugs!!!

It’s great app for Goa and it’s really needed here. Unfortunately local taxi mafia doesn’t allow this app to work in Goa. Hope it will change soon

Always, there are no cars, money entered into the service does not returns, Incredible India – to cheat and got from tourists money, more money. Greedy country and all services.
