This app is total garbage. Tried submitting pics for a claim, but the app crashes every time. Submitted a claim, but found out it never went through. This app hasn't been updated in 3 years? Unacceptable.

This app has a terrible setup. You can’t make changes to your policy and it doesn’t update your insurance information when you renew/have to get a new policy

Every time I try to “manage policy” it says to make a payment to make account current. I literally just paid it last week so there’s no reason it should say that. Please allow policy management through the app. I do not want to sit on hold to add a vehicle or have to go to a physical location

App needs a update the version runs slow and when you login it still shows when you need to renew your insurance

App login and policy payment worked just fine for me. Maybe these other people don’t know how to use a phone.

Constantly crashes. Can’t ever accept payment they really need to get IT to fix the issue

It’s got potential. Just update it consistently.

No problems everything is good

I attempted 3 times to pay: Once with a debit card, once with my credit card, and once with ACH checking. Every time the Go Auto Server error message read: Number is invalid for the Bank Named
