Gofigure For Chord Electronics

Chord has a nice product but god help you if you’d like to use it to listen to music. This app refuses to connect consistently so I spend my evening trying to connect to my DAC instead of listening to music. Avoid anything that uses this app.

I can’t find the Tidal integration. The app crashes when I click “device settings”. It’s 2023, writing iOS apps is easy. I should know, I wrote a successful iOS app in the early iPhone days. Chord should be ashamed. They got the easy part of creating a great product wrong. Shame shame shame.

How does this crap get released?

Everything about this app and the Chord 2 Go is just atrocious. Wi-Fi connectivity keeps dropping in and out, the app seemingly has a mind of its own and switches my networks. The app user experience is awful. Cannot believe something that is so convoluted and buggy can be released. Does anyone at Chord test their products?

I cannot use the device settings to update the firmware. It keeps crashing.

App keeps crashing on me when trying to update - help please!

Got my Poly w/firmware 1.0.43, tried to update it to 2.0.0 in device settings. It crashed immediately when I tapped the update firmware button, without the charger prompt mentioned in faq from chord’s website. I guess it failed to send the updating command and there’s no alt solution for starting updating process. Quite sad.

Constantly crashes. Difficult to configure. Not sure how to work with it. Pitty that such a great piece of equipment has such lousy software
