Thought this would be a great app, downloaded and decided wasn’t what I needed. Canceled within 7 day trial period and now cannot get $130 back. Very deceiving, app charges up front and if you cancel it is impossible to get a refund. No one responds to customer service emails.
I bought the yearly subscription which doesn’t have a trial period unfortunately based on the good reviews but the app did not work on my phone in spite of my many attempts. I wrote TWICE to the support team, they said they would respond within 48 hours, it’s been a week and still nothing. Now, I want my money back, because of the poor service and huge disappointment! I hope here, I will get a response, since the support did not bother....
