Dodgy service. Not able to cancel this garbage. No idea this is a 12M membership. I used it one time off. That is it. Not able to cancel or get it off my card billing. I keep getting a message “you missed some fields” so they don’t Cancel my membership.
I am trying to sign up goget but this has become “mission impossible”. Nothing works properly. Poor design. Very amateur. I feel like all has been made in this way intentionally otherwise it doesnt make sense. I dont understand how you make money lol.

The GoGet app is honestly one of the worst I’ve used. While the keycard and electronics work great, the app itself is completely unusable. It desperately needs a proper redesign with a functional UI. A mobile app is a critical part of the business, yet this one feels neglected and clunky. •Time calculations are riddled with bugs. •The UI is confusing and feels like a poorly optimized webview. I even had to log into a PC just to book a car—defeating the whole purpose of having a mobile app. Please invest in improving this app, as it’s such an important part of the user experience.
Joined because someone else crashed my car. Membership cancelled because someone else crashed my car.

I’ve been experiencing problems with this app from the very onset after installing. For example, when selecting a car, the minimum price estimate always shows $##.## (quite literally), and then sometimes I’m unable to select a car for the time range even though it comes up on the search list. Sometimes the time range shown on the selected car does not match with the time range search criteria. This stuff is very fundamental and yet broken.
Fraud app!! They charge extra for no reason !!!
I have used this app without an issue until IOS18 update, now the app doesn’t open at all despite this recent update. iPhone 13 Pro. Makes it hard to book when you can’t even open the app. Useless.
