Customers on this platform are very uneducated on their parcel size, unfortunately despite asking and confirming size of parcel. When arrived at pick-up location, the items are unfortunately too big. Driver support are very customer-centered, they throw drivers into the ditch. Attractive incentives but the number of orders coming in is pathetic. Practically impossible to hit incentive quota. Super bad experience

Hopefully the booking of time and date will be in one full page instead of combined with vehicle selection almost everyday there is cancellations due to wrong date keyed
I have register gogovan and a automated email send to me asking me to wait for approval and should take around 3 days, after 3 weeks of waiting there is no reply so I call up gogovan and they told me I have fail the quiz after the training and I was rejected . OMG I don’t even receive any email saying my registration is approved.I didn’t not receive any information about the training and quiz. What is going on? Is there anyone can help me?
Good effort by the driver care team to call to inform about cancelled order. However, this could be done using the in-app notifications. Not to mention about digging out the bug of the cancelled order still displaying in the list of jobs unless logged out and in again.
Unable to load any job although work is popping out from notification.
After having 2 or more pending orders, the app won’t update my new pending order. No button in the app for me to refresh my pending orders as well. I have to keep log out and login to view my pending orders after taking new order.
