the only certainly i’ve had in life is my passion for travel, sometimes i’ve been hesitant to go alone, but with this app the idea of traveling solo and then finding random new friends all over is amazing! New town and don’t know where to go? With GoingSolo i’ve met so many last minute buddies to explore places with, leaving lasting memories and friendships some times! It’s also useful just for quick advice, there can be locals there that give insider recommendations on where to go, what to see and very importantly what to eat! It’s been great fun to also see how strangers can help each other out, especially when the bond of traveling unites them! i’ve been on this app before it was live on the app store, and the journey has been spectacular to see! The owner, an independent female solo traveler herself is so deeply passionate about this start up and you can really feel it! There have been many improvements in time and i’m sure that new upgrades will be brought in as well! The growth is given by us, the community of travelers!

I love the concept of the app. Tried to use it to socialise in a new city, but got harassed, luckily these people would not see my exact location, but I wonder what would happen if one is alone in the same street of the person harassing. Also, the app cannot be used at all without location. What if I just want to connect with someone from one of the groups and not by location?

The idea is good, but developed bad, since once you use it you’ll never see matches.

Using this tool while traveling can be super enriching. I’m happy to see how is becoming popular in the travel community and I can’t wait for more people to join!!!!

I am really loving this app and the idea behind it, i am hoping to use this a lot and as soon as possible

I contacted the Devoloper directly but nothing to do, can’t engage with anyone as it keep giving the error and its keep showing the group not around you, can’t give the possibility to make a new group! I hope soon it get corrected, I believe and will closely follow the app!

This app was such a life saver, i’ve always wanted to solo travel but could never let go of my fears. Knowing that i can connect with other travellers all over the world has really given me the strength to buy that ticket!😊

I've been traveling alone for about two or three years and this app seems to be my new best friend! I hope I can make the most of it, I recommend this to all girls who want to travel alone but don't have the courage to do so, this can be the best way to go!
