Gojek

The app gets the job done, but I find it very flimsy when ordering a ride. I ordered a scheduled ride, and then I see an additional completely different ride was also ordered, which could not be canceled.

Your driveres are not respectfull and they cancell all the time. DO NOT use this app!!!

Gojek will not even create tickets if you receive a wrong order. You cannot speak to a human through their “chat” (it’s not a chat, it’s a frustrating ai menu) DO NOT USE GOJEK IF YOU CAN AVOID IT

Please team Gojek — make it possible to tip your drivers with the same payment card used to pay in the app.. AFTER completed ride too! There’s been so many times I’ve wanted to tip my driver after ended ride, but haven’t been able to because I don’t have GoPay (or cash).. Pls change this!

Can’t sign up , always said something went wrong

I don’t use go pay, never will, and just got locked out of two gojek orders having to use the pin code. The thing is, I can’t verify my pin code without also entering a valid phone number. And I don’t need a pin code in the first place! Basically I’m locked out due to a feature I will never use Disappointing. Make it possible to skip this if you don’t use gopay

The application requests an email address which you will have to verify. Based on this GoJek will spam your email account with Indonesian marketing. There is no way to opt out of this or even to close your account. I do not recommend signing up.
