At first I was like aw man, I have to download an app!? But it was actually a really great seamless experience. My booking was right there as soon as I signed in.

Fantastic hotel and service

Location is best otherwise consider other option.

Please repair the light of the beds, add a personal plug in for the cellphone, add Courtins to each bed for privacy, and please add at least one towel for the floor in the bathroom cuz always is wet

Comfortable bed and common areas were up-to standard for hostel.

Can’t we just use keys like on the old days

I love the idea. It makes late night hotel entries a breeze & there is no risk of losing your key! I did experience a few, several second delays, over the course of two nights, but overall the connection seemed to be pretty smooth.

Doesn’t work reliably. Gave my new phone to the manager and even she couldn’t get it to work on several occasions, so used her key instead.

Finally you can open your door with your phone and don’t need to worry about losing your keys or swipe card. Totally love Goki, download and quickly set it up once to use in lots of hostels and other accommodation. Can also express check in and save heaps of time. Love it!
