Can’t log in and keep getting an error saying to call member services and it keeps saying my password is wrong but now I log in on the website and have no problem. Please fix the problem. The app is broken

I am moving in to a new apartment tomorrow and need to withdrawal $2500. The Bank Teller said to me that it exceeds my daily limit and I can’t withdraw that much at once. ITS MY MONEY NOT YOURS GOLDEN 1. I have bills to pay and you won’t let me use MY MONEY. This place is a sick joke of a bank and very dystopian

App support link in Apple Store directs to a 404 error on golden 1 website. Mobile payment functionality gives error this can’t be used currently

I enjoy using this app because I can easily check my balances. Pay my credit card or request a loan. It’s convenient and reliable.

I get that they have to go through their vendor, but there are way better options out there. This app does so many API calls that doing basic tasks are a nuisance. I’m switching to Patelco after finally having enough with G1’s mediocre online presence. Put that SVP of Digital Banking to use and get us better online systems!!
