Always inconsistent.

Never been able to log on. Poor app. Done everything. Can’t even rate app.

I have created an online account and established a password. But since April, I have yet to be able to login. I have confirmed the account is active and have requested a password reset numerous times. I have also attempted to contact their customer support link but it does not work. Not sure I would download this app.

I have had the app for a few years now and it will not let me log in now. When I have tried to reset my password it won’t take the password that was sent to me through the app! The app has worked fine until about a month ago!

Again, whenever I go to my offers it gives me a blank page?!?!. I then go to the website…that takes forever to get it to actually give you your comps via the 24k login! This is ridiculous for such a corporation to allow this again and again!?!?!

This app no longer works! It will not allow me to log in. I have registered and reset password and still it won’t work. Please fix it!!

This app doesn’t work at all anymore. It just takes you to login screen and closes. They need an upgrade.

This app is definitely more clunky than let’s say an MGM type app. you have to remember Golden Nugget is a standalone casino brand. not like MGM or Caesars which has many brands and more money to put into an app. Having said that, I’m able to book rooms on the app just fine. I can see my tier status and available comp offers. That’s all that really matters to me.

This app does not work anymore. It keeps telling you wrong password. You change your password and repeatedly go through the same steps with no luck.

I used to love the app. Always use to book rooms and check offers I have available. It’s the most convenient way to access my information. Most recently had to wait on the phone almost 30mins to find out if I had any room offers when I can typically check thru the app and book there . Incredibly inconvenient that it’s no longer working.
