Why can’t you cancel a class?

The app has great information except for trying to cancel or reschedule a class.

Buggy

This app was working before the most recent update. Now I am unable to book any classes online. No classes show up listed regardless of the filters selected/unselected. Before this issue I was really happy with the app as it made it very convenient to book a makeup class. Now it’s a hassle.

Can’t log in

I get a login screen and put in my credentials and hit login and I get a blank blue screen. I’ve submitted feedback. I got a text telling me to download the app and replied with my issues. I’ve been told to delete and redownload the app and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done that. I’m not the only one with this issue. Don’t push your app if people can’t even use it! Make it work first! Uggggggg

Unusable still

We’ve been with goldfish since September and this app hasn’t been functional a single time. Please fix your app so parents can actually use it.

Works great

Was concerned at first based on other reviews but I honestly am not sure what the issues are that others have. I was able to search for the school fine. I could login fine with a password manager, just had to search for the app in my password list. No issues using the app to update information.

Unusable

This app makes you pick your location from a long list. After scrolling and scrolling to your location, you have to manually enter your credentials, and then 9 times out of 10, I get a blank blue screen. I just use the mobile version of their website.

App is not functional

This does not work at all. Try to login, get stuck on a blue screen indefinitely

Useless - freezes during login

Cannot log in. Can only access my account using the website.

Can’t see tokens on the app

I can’t schedule makeups on the app. I can see it in the the website but not in the app.

Almost useless

You can only book makeups for the level you’re currently in. You used to be able to book for a level lower. Now you have to call in (super inconvenient given their hours). Also if you’ve cancelled out a class more than 12 times in a year your absence isn’t automatically credited to your makeups. Again you have to call in or email for them to do it. There’s very very limited useful functionality to the app.
