This program has paid off in a major way for me. Once I dedicated the time and commitment to work out and follow this program. My golf game has improved as I have learned to be more aware of posture and how my body rotation works for me. Good thing I was a high handicap as I have dropped double digits in handicap and truly am playing the best golf and having even more fun doing so.
I am 67 and I’ve got four grandsons that I want to golf with Im ex college basketball player that stopped working out a long time ago and I can’t believe I’m enjoying working out again! Using Golf forever I know I am getting stronger and my game is getting better! To do the same workout with Scotty and Ryan is awesome… The cords are perfect so you can get as much resistance out of it as you want And I am only on my second week! Best thing I could’ve ever done for my Golf and my health
I’m 38 years old and although I used to be scratch, my golf game and my overall health have taken a nose dive the past few years. I gained a tremendous amount of weight and my back had become so bad I had to lay down golf and came very close to having a significant back surgery. On top of that, I had a stroke in February of 2023… for a while, I thought golf was completely out of the question and in the rear view of my life (pretty sad for a guy who’s played golf since he could walk). After my initial rehab from my stroke, I decided I just had to take control of my health for the sake of my wife and 2 children. I struggled immensely trying various things (all while dealing with significant back pain). This year, I had made some minor progress with my back and it was becoming more manageable but I still didn’t feel like I was getting enough out of my workouts and cardio. This Father’s Day, my son (meaning at my wife’s suggestion) got me the Golf Forever Fitness program. This thing is absolutely the best, most golf-centric workout program ever made, period! I have never encountered anything that was so wholistic and comprehensive to the needs of a golfer who has long since been out of shape. I’m feeling immediate positive feedback and I have hope to return to the game I’ve loved my whole life! Because of the long term effects of my stroke, I might never return to the scratch handicap I used to be but I do feel like this will help me get back to where I can break 80 again! My 6 year old son took up the game shortly before my stroke and it was absolutely breaking my heart to think that I might not ever get to enjoy the game as I did with my father growing up. Thanks to some hard fought will power and the Golf Forever Swing Trainer, I am back out on the course and enjoying the game I love with my son! Trust me, this is the golf workout program you’ve been waiting for! I don’t care if you’re as pitifully out of shape as I was or if you’re 17 years old and aspiring to play college golf. This program will develop the strength, flexibility, and balance that any golfer needs to elevate their game! It’s simply the best there is! Thank you Golf Forever Team! I just might be your biggest fan!
Loving the workouts so far. You can definitely tell this is made for golf. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is the lack of cool down/stretching after the workout session is complete.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Everything in one place for mobility, flexibility, core strengthening. Already noticeable after a week and change, not just a benefit to my golf game but my day to day life/work. Truly a blessing as I deal with lower back issues and AS. Can’t thank you all enough.
Recently got my trainer which was included in Rick Smith’s Y to Y golf academy. I’ve completed the first three workouts which are two part, ( flexibility and strength). Wish I had this 10 years ago. Love it.
Highly recommend for all golfers. If your lacking flexibility, core strength or hip mobility, this program is a must have going forward
