There are inconsistencies during registration. The fields for address should be clarified whether it is for birthplace or place of work. During downloading of health certificate, why is police clearance needed? Is it a crime to be unhealthy? Would the police read my health info? If not, remove this because people had a hell of a time lining up for queue, showing all required identification, documentation, AND extra payment understanding that there will be no more problems.

Cannot log in using ipad. Application is always rejected stating not uploaded requirements when it was uploaded. Asking for notarized contract of lease but can only upload 1 page

Do not use this app. Full of scammers. This app should be abolished. It is just a platform for corruption!!

You can't even sign up. The app just shows a loading screen and reloads.
