Only loads my account amount half the time and will say error for over half the day

Since the beginning of March 2025 it constantly tells me there is an error and won’t update.

I Love this app! It’s fast and so convenient and the workers respond to request almost immediately! If people do not have this app, they are missing a great opportunity!

I love Monticello Banking Company. Anything you need is right there at your fingertips. The mobile app is very easy to use for deposits and navigating your checking account and savings, and credit cards. Customer service is top-notch. I’ve been with them for over 24 years and had two mortgages with them as well as car loans. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else for my financial business.

Those throughout Customer Service do everything within their power to make your banking experience the best possible! They will bend over backwards to assist and get to the root of your problem leaving no stone unturned willing to come to a workable solution. I am a valuable customer and everyone treats me appropriately- I’m glad I’m a member of the Monticello Bank Family!

Been with MBC for 30 years and this updated app may be the best feature they have ever came out with since free veteran checking account

I like the new setup of the app, but it’s always an issue on my balance updating seems to give me an error a lot, or sometimes it’s really slow on updating

I don’t know why, but my app says it updated but still looks like the old app. I have to go into the App Store and click open to go to the updated app. This is frustrating bc the process is slow.

I have signed in four consecutive times in a row just to check my balance and it has kicked me out saying there’s an authentication error every time.
