MF Utility is a Mutual Fund Industry initiative to make transacting in Mutual Funds in India easier and seamless to benefit all stakeholders. goMF mobile app is a step towards offering the transacting ability on the move, anywhere and anytime.
To use the App, ensure that you have iPhone.4 or above and you need to have a login credentials provided by MF Utility.
goMF offers the following features for the Distributors:
- Initiate a Purchase, Redemption, Switch, Systematic Investments, Systematic Transfers, Systematic Withdrawals.
- View and track all orders submitted through MF Utility.
If you are an Advisor (ARN / RIA) please fill and submit a sign up form, which can be downloaded at https://www.mfuindia.com/DistributorForms.
If you are an Investor, you need to have a Common Account Number (CAN) with MFU. Please visit https://www.mfuindia.com/CANFormFill to fill and download the form for CAN Registration. The duly filled CAN form can be printed and submitted along with the necessary documentary proofs at any of the PFMCL branches or at a MFU Point of Service (POS) nearest to you. If you already have a CAN, to request for Login ID of MFU, please send a mail to [email protected] from your registered email id.

Plz add invested capital also.

For ease plz start showing invested value next to the current value also so users know the gain and loss.

App Crashes

Everytime I try to use the app, it crashes and doesn’t allow investing. The bug has to be fixed.

Service good, poor quality app

App crashes every now and then. No Face ID or pin facility. No facility for minor to major conversion.

Not stable

Well, the app works well for the general monitoring of funds etc. however, there are cases when the app crashes/exits. This app needs to be stabilised first thing. For e.g. it crashes on press of Start Date field in this screen: Intermediate -> Normal Order Book -> Start Date field

Face ID feature not provided

GoMF stands out as one of the lower-quality apps in the otherwise refined Apple App Store. Its user interface is outdated and non intuitive. The GoMF app lacks a Face ID feature, making it very inconvenient to enter the frequently changing password. In contrast, most bank apps have implemented Face ID and/or a 4-digit PIN access, which is very user-friendly. The GoMF app feels like it belongs to a bygone era.

Not at all user friendly

This app is trash. Nothing works smoothly. You guys need to spend on better app and make sure all features work.

Need some improvements

App crashing. Not able to read my credentials from keychain. Past option is not available and after double tap app is getting crashed. Reducing my rating as no response since years !!!!!

Stay away

Extremely crash prone. Randomly freezes. Best to use the website, and use this only for checking the balance and status.

If you double click on any entry app just gets crash also on scrolling top header keeps coming down
