Scammers and fraud
The car malfunctioned midway, and despite offering support over the phone and offering various excuses, the team made us wait for seven hours. They later assured us of a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience we endured. After we handed the car over to the road assistance team, they began alleging that the car was damaged. We provided all the necessary evidence to prove that the car remained intact while it was in our possession, and any issues that occurred during the road assistance's custody cannot be attributed to us. Regrettably, they ceased communication via email, retained the entire payment, and have yet to initiate the refund process. This behavior demonstrates a lack of professionalism and empathy.
