The Best for Moving Our Good Bodies!
I started with the postpartum program and have loved gaining strength back after my baby! The “how to” videos expertly taught my how to breathe with my movements and engage muscles I thought would be lost forever.
I’ve now used that excellent foundation to move into the other programs and love having so many to choose from. Even if I only have a few minutes, I really enjoy knowing I can jump into a good workout. Jenna has something for everyone and every body and definitely leaves you feeling stronger and motivated!

Everyone has a GOOD body (even postpartum)!
Working with Jenna and the Good Body app program postpartum has been one of the best decisions I have made after having my second child! In such a challenging snd vulnerable season she has made my body feel celebrated and STRONG. I highly recommend working with Jenna 1:1 as the workouts have been tailored to my postpartum experience. After two c-sections I was dealing with severe back pain that after several sessions with Jenna went away. Thankful for less pain and the ability to feel like myself again while working alongside Jenna! Could not recommend her and Good Body more.

This app is easy to navigate, informative and comprehensive. Exercises often include alternatives and modifications to help with equipment or strength needs. It is definitely bang for your buck and a unique, more customized experience compared to other apps. Try it!
