I was trying to play with my friends and the time I arrived I asked the front desk if anyone reserved , no answer from them and the host , I asking for a refund and I haven’t find a customer service for this , their policy is absurd because I did not received a cancellation of the game before the day , and they want at least 24 hours prior to canceled

Only been using it for a few weeks but have found several games i otherwise would have never played at. Great for the pickup games!

In less than 6 months i used to pay for an hour field 10 to 12 dollars now in less than a month its 18 dollars ridiculous i used to played soccer 2 or 3 or 4 times a week sometimes because it was only $10 or $12 per hour but now with $18 dollars to play in the same field I can’t afford it I prefer to go to the park for free and I don’t pay anything to this apps it’s a shame. everyone that I know stop aging those pieces it’s less and less people every time and now we better play at the park and free and for like 2 or 3 hours yes I recommend to try the app PLEI it’s more cheaper they have cheaper prices and sometime spots for free definitely better than this one and the field that GoodRec charged us $18 dollars in the APP PLEI you only pay $14 and sometime they give you spots for free any way BYe GoodRec stop stealing people money bye

Its always a great experience playing here, the games are fun and such a good vibes, very organized all the time and the fields are always the best, the app is very easy to use and its great that you can play in many places around the US, even in other countries. GoodRec is the best app for picking up games, the best experience for sport lovers, in my case soccer.

I joined a game and was charged for it. But I was kicked out of the roster a few minutes after I paid. The transaction was never cancelled so I ended up paying for a game I couldn’t play. I asked why I was charged but they are very slow to respond, don’t have a working customer support phone line. very poor customer service which is very disappointing.

Rejected me as a host for no reason after asking for a 5 star review, so a lot of these 5 star reviews may be due to host applications
