No systematic plan for checking. Receptionist has really bad attitude not at all polite and pool was not cleaned. Very bad experience. Don’t have high hopes from this hostel. We were supposed to checking at 1:00pm but it was completed after an hour. Receptionist is really worst.

It’s hard to understand how this app works. Not recommended to make any bookings from their official app. Did not even get the cashback as alleged.

Staff is very rude. Everything functions through app which has a very bad user experience. Please dont book gostops there are other good hostels.

We were given a room which was full of seapage smell instead of promised Mountain View private room on the booking platform. We were given an option of shifting my family in a dormitory which was promised to be empty and won’t be occupied during during night. In the middle of the night the manager sent 4 drunken man to our dormitory room without any ethical responsibility of having a family already been shifted there with a lady and girl kid. We had to call policemen to control the manager and the drunken men in the middle of the night. A horrible experience staying in go stops Nainital.

Worst Arrogant management staff Srishti . Arrogant behaviour and refused Refund of money even when cancelled before 3days of stay.

The issue with this app is there should be proper testing before releasing the app, everytime I open the app, there’s an update and have to download that first before I can enter my room as there is only digital key available. This is very frustrating.

Encountering an issue with the booking update on the iPhone app. Despite checking in, the app fails to update for the keys (essential for door access), necessitating a call to staff for assistance. While manageable during the day, it becomes a significant inconvenience, especially when returning late at night from the office. Kindly address this matter.

I stayed in ooty . App is necessary for the stay . Reason was that dorm key will be available in the app using bluetooth connection. After installing key was not showing in the app. The reason for that was technical glitch. I had to ask how can i enter the dorm then ? He said he will arrange key but nothing happened . After asking two or more times he gave me physical keys . Food is over priced , average quality and below average quantity. Staff attitude is not at all acceptable. They Lack even basics of customer service principles. No intro or briefing about the property on check in. Even if you ask them their answering would be like they’re not at all interested in that conversation. Access to the property is not that easy. Distance from town is also important. Last 300 meters of road is literally worst and no street lights. Positive things about the stay was the property is aesthetically pleasing. Each bed has personal curtains. Fans are available. Room and toilets are spacious and clean .
