I wanted to get my shoes dry cleaned. Got a call from the delivery partner and then from the gotify executive that I need to add 2 shoes to get both of my shoes dry cleaned. How does it make sense? I have added only a single shoe before to get it dry cleaned. The title of the garment says “shoes” only. This means a “pair of shoes”. Really pathetic and senseless. I will prefer doing my laundry myself rather than going to gotifdy

Service is inconsistent. Pickup is terrible. They'll call you all day and then tell you they can't pick up that day and reschedule to whenever they feel like it. Highly unprofessional. No customer service either. Ticket is just open. Cannot escalate

Order delivery delayed by 3 days and no one is even providing update. I myself figured out which drycleaner shop it is with but they refused to give me back my own clothes because it is against go tidy policy. Promised delivery of Friday came on Monday afternoon. Exorbitant price shoddy service.

The pick and drop and is damn smooth also the clothes were washed properly. I love your service go tidy. #happycustomer

It's good App to bachelors..

Most of the laundry services offer pricing based on a weight basis for regular wash and fold and iron. But there is no such option in the app. All services asks to add garments and shows price based on individual garments which sums up way higher than actual price. Is this intended or what?

I had given quite a few garments to be washed and many came back with a lot of existing stains, the customer service just called and apologised but did nothing else to correct it!

Well had given a silk saree for dry cleans looks like they couldn’t remove mud stain from the saree. Where we could just use shampoo & remove it. Looks like when they get bulk order in that 1 or 2 clothes can be pressed & return back to customer Where they don’t want to put Any effort to collect back the item & rectify it just in a hurry to close the tickets
