How it works:
GoToll uses video matching software to capture your toll trips. When you travel on an eligible toll road, your vehicle is detected and the app creates a trip. After your trip is reviewed, you'll receive a notification. Then, you can pay in the app.
It's as simple as 1, 2, 3.

2. Add your license plate and credit card
3. Drive through cashless toll lanes throughout California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia

WHY CANT I ACCESS THE APP
Received an email that payment failed for a trip. I have been trying to access this app all weekend to change the pay source and it won’t load past the initial screen. FIX FIX FIX!!!
Great app!
Wish it covered all the United States. I hate having different apps for the same thing because different states use different apps. Get it together America.
Works with a couple bugs
You asked for a review, so I will provide one. I used the app for a toll bridge in Florida- twice. I got 2 emails saying I had a charge from “ncdot”. The amount was correct, so I paid them and asked for a receipt. I got 6 emails with receipts, 3 for each charge. Hopefully, I didn’t get charged 6 times.

Disgusted - no support for months!
When the App was working (last year), no real issues with paying for DC and Baltimore area tolls. Once a glitch occurred in the app preventing me from logging in at all, I contacted support. YOU NEVER REPLY. You've suspended my account but it is your fault that I can't remedy the issue.
No customer service
Used for a while and then realized I was charged over $100 for tolls that were not my car. Still not reimbursed for that.
