GotSport Team App

Hands down the worst product I have ever used in my life. Not sure how with so many great ux/ui designers there are this company decided to take a delouren and go back to the 80’s to build their software. I just don’t get it really. Why would any state organization use this product.

When I was rein to login it was fine until it said check details I clicked next and it wouldn’t go to the next page

App has 1/10 the function. Not worth the money, maybe in another 100 years it will be functional enough for Team Managers and Coaches.

Data from the desktop website doesn’t sync to the app. App is super limited. Ridiculous layers of security for an app that organizes a u6 soccer team. The app is just not great.

Not only does it provide marginal utility, but the interface is completely unintuitive and seems like it was designed by a committee of middle management. It is impossible to add family members by user name and impossible for family members to join by QR. It directs users to weave.io for no apparent reason and uses “fluxwave” for verification codes, which seems worse than actually being phished. Whoever allowed this app to be published should be embarrassed.

The review title says it all. I’ve used many apps and none come even remotely close to how bad Gotsport is. Every aspect of the app is complete garbage.

This is possibly the worst app ever made. The app doesn’t open half the time. Not user friendly. Spent 2 hours trying to add my husband to our “family” only to somehow become his child. There is no way to change a players photo on the app. Change players photo on actual website but it won’t update it in the app.

I am now my husband’s parent in the system. He is a coach. The app will not work on my phone. Had to use a laptop. Cannot subscribe to the calendar to automatically have events added through Google or other Calendar app. Terrible app.

I’ve tried countless times to login. I get the secure pin in my email and text, enter the digits and it does nothing. No enter, submit, login button to click. Something so easy is made hard and doesn’t seem to get fixed.
