menurut aku aplikasi nya harus ada perbaikan deh,soalnya barang di etelase ready tapi waktu udh selesai pembayaran,baru di konfrim ternyata barangnya ngga ready dengan dibatalkan sepihak, dan waktu refund juga lumayan agak lama kisaran 10 hari lebih saranku harus ada perbaikan biar customer merasa puas barang yang ready di etelase harusnya beneran juga ready di Gramedia tertentu sesuai tulisannya, jadi ngga ada sampai harus refund dan malah membuat customer merasa kesal karna harus chekout lagi terus waktu refund nya juga lumayan lama dgn maksimal 10 hari lebih Semoga sarannya diterima🤝 selain itu pelayanan nya ramah thankyou👍

Beli buku di aplikasi gramedia, transaksi udah berhasil, pilih opsi pick up di store, tiba-tiba di cancel sama pihak gramedia dengan alasan stock telah habis, cek ulang di lokasi eh stocknya masih adaa, mana pengembalian dana (10-14 hari) take a lot of time as mahasiswa.
Belanja di gramedia online
Ini sangat bagus belanja buku onlinenya terutama buku luarnya
