Really badly designed snd unclear.

Shame no railcards available for single traveller in 50 age category, not a great makes trip very expensive for a single person

I’m going to make this my default app instead of trainline
Buying a ticket with a seat number does not entitle you yo a seat
Paid for a first class ticket on 16:27pm train. They cancelled it. Said I should catch the next train but I’m not guaranteed a seat. That I paid for journey and seats are complimentary
Great app, helpful support
I chose Grand Central because, unlike other companies, they don’t charge a booking fee (big plus). It’s easy to find services and the best fares. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my most recent booking and rang the help line. The person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful and arranged a refund straight away. It’s the sort of excellent customer service which backs up an excellent app and I really recommend it

Always find travelling with Grand Central is stress free and never had delays so I speak as I find 👍🏼😄
