اكثر من مره اطلب من الموقع لمنتج ويكون متوفر في الموقع يجيني اتصال بعدها بنص ساعه اسفين المنتج غير متوفر . اكتبوا ما نوفر توصيل لكميات كبيره و خلاص لكن تضحكون علينا باسلوبكم الرخيص المنتج غير متوفر وهو متوفر
Worst delivery
Don’t use grandiose. They took more than 2 hours to delivery 4 items. I wanted to cook dinner but delivery took 2 hours which also included a sandwich which I wanted to eat before I prepare dinner. Use Noon or Careem. They deliver in less than 20 mins.
I order in the app but my order didnt arrive

Very slow delivery All the time late
No customer support and wrong invoicing
Got invoiced more than double the amount that I should have paid and there’s no customer support at all to fix this issue.
The app inventory is not synchronized with the real stock
They call and ask for many replacements over phone, which removes the whole point of ordering online
Bad customer service
