Приложение не работает не дает авторизоваться по sip данным

После последнего обновления, приложение при запуске сразу закрывается. Iphone 11

1. Нигде нет никакого описания! На сайте информация только о Wave Lite. Такое ощущение, что программы Wave не существует. 2. При отсутствующей инструкции не получается подключить как extension к АТС Grandstream: пишет ошибку. Сканирование QR-кода тоже поиводит к ошибке! Вы бы хоть где-то написали инструкцию, как ее подключать к АТС!

Saludos, la app no suena al recibir llamadas, solo cuando se cancela la misma el dispositivo emite un sonido de alerta, pero esta no se muestra en centro de notificaciones del dispositivo, si la ventana de la app está cerrada completamente el usuario aparece como desconectado. Ya verificamos los permisos de la misma y la opciones de segundo plano y aún así persiste el inconveniente.

I have pretty much come to the point of force quitting the app two or three times a day as a preventative measure. I frequently find it no longer updates. I often see notices of a missed call that never rang on my phone, and often see that the most recent call in the history is old and numerous calls have come in since that time. Force quitting and reopening always restores, but usually only lasts several hours.

Useless, no stability

5 seconds then keep crashing i hope the company solve this issue

After latest updates, the app still crashes after 5 seconds of starting.. ios 16.3

Having the app & being able to work away from the office is one of many reasons why I chose grandstream phone system. My WAVE app quit working a couple months ago and apparently no one can seem to help. It’s extremely frustrating. I do not give out my personal cell phone number so it’s not as easy as just *use your phone*. I use the app for a reason. So much for it contributing to productivity.

Incoming calls never stop ringing if I answer them on a handset. This makes it difficult to use the app unless it’s the only device you’re using.
