The official Grants.gov app offers the most convenient way for grant pros to manage their Grants.gov workflow when away from the desk – including searching for grants, creating and managing saved searches, submitting completed applications (requires Grants.gov Submit privileges), and much more.
Within the Grants.gov app, users may do the following*:

Confused..
I went straight from the website to download this app and I couldn’t even get in with my username or the email address that I signed up and I just recently changed the password but I can get on the website through the Internet just not the app.
Waste of time
No links or avenues to ACTUALLY APPLY. Just a bunch of listings
Malware
This could be malware to collect usernames and passwords. Issues accepting know password. Did not see any permission options when I examined apps in the setting app which is another red flag. APPLE CHECK THiS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Access
Unable to access account. Hope not a scam app.
Password hack
My email was used with a different phone number, not sure if it was connected to the application but somehow it seems the application is maintained by someone different than the government site. I could be wrong but some security issues may be apparent
Grants.gov
Even though this may be a good app, there is no way to contact anyone for help with this app. So then you’re forced to either find another way to sign in or even to sign up, this app is open information, but it still needs to be worked on and fixed it to where it is easier for everybody to use it. right now, this app is not ready for a budget because you have trouble signing in and if you have trouble forgetting your password, there’s no budget contact no support. No nothing in this very very sad. maybe if you added support and way to contact you when you’re by email or some other way and you may find it you might have people that want to use this app more often.

Not the best work of the team. Regroup, rework, rejoice - eventually. Shut this down and let us all know when you’re done.
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE!
I agree, I have tried to apply for a grant through this app and it’s so difficult and frustrating that eventually I gave up. What is the purpose of this if you can’t access a grant and there is no help to do it correctly?
This app is so unstable
Doesn’t work properly, it isn’t very user friendly to apply for grants
