What’s the rational of spend RM51.50 to purchase worth RM50 voucher?
Lack of effort
Three years pass and nothing change. Still voucher voucher and voucher. No effort put in create convenience of viewing policy, check GL status, check sustainability, make payment online, give allowance for healthier client by synchronised smart watch. Knowing that elder client won’t use these feature but younger generation will appreciate it, isn’t young and healthy Malaysian your target market ?

Are Malaysian customers not important? I saw the GE Singapore has a Great Eastern Singapore app to manage policy info, if there’s no budget, why not just tumpang your Singapore colleague?
