Great Learning: Online Courses

I have downloaded the application and i m trying to login with the valid credentials but the error pops up saying email id an password combination wrong then i click on forget password but i never received password reset link. I tried this multiple times

App doesnt open even after update and repeatedly asking for update. This app has lota of bugs.

I paid 1.75lac for software development course and completed the course in given time. But after that I was not allowed to upload my resume as I reached my limit which is 3 by the way. So for 1 year I had added different skill set in my resume but they are not allowing me update my resume. So I invested so much money in this and I was forced to use my previous and old resume to apply for job, when the industry is changing drastically and you need new skills to upgrade. Even this people also providing new optional course to learn and update your skills but we're not allowed to upload resume.

I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my recent experience with the Great Learning app. After referring over 100 individuals, as per their terms and conditions, to avail two courses valued at ₹15,000 each, we expected to receive the promised benefits. Unfortunately, despite fulfilling our part of the agreement, we encountered unprofessional behavior from the company. Calls were abruptly disconnected, and subsequent attempts to reach out via other communication channels have been ignored. Moreover, it has come to our attention that the personal data provided during sign-up, including phone numbers and email IDs, is being tracked and potentially sold to third-party consultancies abroad, raising significant privacy concerns. This experience has left us feeling cheated and misled. I strongly urge potential users to be cautious and thoroughly investigate before engaging with this platform. I request that Great Learning address these issues promptly and transparently.

I have found great learning to be excellent! Most of the free courses are excellent and they come with a certificate. You also get a certain number of coins after each successful course that can be used to unlock a premium course. I have done 100+ courses in this portal. Overall I will highly recommend it to one and all.

Well, I recently completed my HTML courses from great learning and to be honest it’s best place to gain some industry level knowledge.

MFA code is not coming at email

From a past few months, i can no longer open play videos, they just keep on buffering. Recently the pdfs and documents have stopped opening as well. This is really hindering my studies. Please fix the issues.
