Tool is great but it takes long time to get ordered vouchers. OC Tanner is not very responsive and nit supportive at all.

Says to install update. Update already installed, yet keeps giving me a message to update. Nothing has worked, cannot access at all.

App popped up saying download update to continue, after download app won’t open. Even tried restarting phone and still keep getting pop up to update.

My company rolled out this reward system for the employees every one really didn’t know how really to use it. O boy once they did learn every one was helping each and the best part was how clean employees were leaving their work stations. The best was when you would get rewarded from your friends . Very good quality product and delivery was very fast. Great customer support too. Thank you .

Not working anymore

Tells me to download update but I have the latest version. Happens all the time and can’t e the app.

Does not let you save your mailing address no matter how many times you add it

Try deleting and reinstalling

Says that it needs to be updated, but then no update is available. Can't use it.
