Omg this new version is driving me crazy. Please fix the logout issue. 🥴

Since updating several months ago this app is borderline unusable. I am constantly logged out of the app and have to do two factor authentication relentlessly until it stops glitching and lets me enter the code. I am logged out at the most irritating moments such as when trying to transfer money to someone or between my accounts, or even when doing nothing but trying to check my balance. This is highly irritating and frustrating and needs to be fixed. Clearly from the mass amount of other users having the same issue this is a big problem but greater bank seems to be doing nothing to fix it!

The new update is terrible, constantly logging me out when I’m logging in, comes up saying “session expired” even when I’ve just logged in. The app worked perfectly fine before this. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to pay rent or pay something else and I’m putting details in and BAM.. session expired!

The app was fine until the new update now every time I log on it logs me back out again. I could be half way through a transaction or just finished punching in my password. It’s frustrating because it happens nearly every single time! Not just me either everyone has been complaining & frustrated about it

Needs an update, keeps signing out when halfway through transactions very annoying

The new update has only brought glitches. Quick balance no longer works and if it does happen to display your balance it flickers so fast you cannot read it. Very annoying

Had high hopes for the updated app considering the issues with the last version, it definitely looks better and is more modern but now I’m continually logged out of my account, the passcode (despite not being changed) is now “incorrect” and, now, so are my usual banking login details!! so frustrating

the new update looks more modern however is buggy. - you have to click into the typing box when wanting to type how much to transfer (never used to happen on the old app) - you try to click done after typing in a dollar value to transfer and the cancel button is right above it so you often click cancel instead of done - it logs you out of the app randomly when you’re in the middle of a transfer

I like how i get a message notifying me when money is deposited into my account although i would also like being notified when money is or trying to be taken out. I’ve had people take money out of my account without permission & you have done nothing to help me get my money back when you haven’t done enough to protect my money from being stolen in the 1st place & then tell me it’s my fault & my problem to sort out. It’s ridiculous you charge people to look after & keep their money yet you can’t even do that.

I can’t find the Logout button. Where is it hidden please?
