Green Dot - Mobile Banking

constantly getting their was problem connecting to green dot!!

I have a login for online and every time I try to login through the app it does not let me and it tells me too login through the website, I’m just trying to close my account please help

I recently closed a personal bank account due to little usage of it. I forgot I had it linked to greendot. Greendot charges a few dollars as a monthly fee, which I’m okay with. But now I’m at a negative balance. Unfortunately, I can’t unlink the personal bank account I have on greendot, as for some reason only through my personal bank I can do that. I reached out to both party support groups and both are unable to support me because my personal bank account no longer exists. An advisor from my personal bank says they can’t recover a closed account, understandably. I also barely use Greendot, so I planned on closing it. But I can’t due to my negative balance. Despite my efforts trying to add funds, link another/different bank account, getting advice from both support parties, I am now stuck and suffering a monthly fee until Greendot features a way to link multiple personal bank accounts. I think my only best solution would be to add a direct deposit method. Greendot is a great 3rd party app, don’t get me wrong. And as much as it is my fault for not unlinking the bank first, a simple solution would be to have the ability to unlink a bank from the “accounts” section, rather than from my personal bank. Or, another solution would be to allow me to add multiple banks. I just attempted to link greendot to my Venmo, hoping that it transfers successfully in a few days. I hope it all goes well when it processes in a few days. Hopefully there will be a feature in the future for Greendot to link multiple banks through the app. Again, Greendot is a great app and has great features. But it lacks certain basic features like linking multiple bank accounts at the moment.

I recently opened the account and I add some funds to the account about two days after I tried to make an online purchase with the debit card and it won’t allow me to make the transaction. I contacted them multiple times about this issue and they provide me with no solution, I also went to ATM to try to withdraw my money which I had added to the account and it won’t allow me to withdraw my funds. They need to do something about this and I’ve contacted them more than 10 times and there was nothing they could’ve done to help the situation. No, I have like 300 US on my account and I can withdraw it and I can spend it online. I can’t even add my other bank to this account so I can withdraw my phones. Do not download it. It’s not worth it.

Uhm I can’t login into my account with green dot bank I tried it on the website as well and nothing Please help!

This is a scam and will only cost you money. I was told there was suspicious activity on the account and it was immediately closed. This happened an hour after I purchased and added money to a prepaid card. The card is now worthless and I’m still out the monthly service fee of $8. This is a bad deal with excessive service fees.

If they give you a refund for a page, the bank will not return that money.

Messing up where I can’t see my account or login it freezes or won’t connect I have this issue always more then once please fix thank you
