We went to Doctors pub in Edinburgh. Beside low quality of the food there it was a problem with the order we made using the app. We placed order for cocktails using this application advertised in the menu. After that bartender told us that they don’t do cocktails, and she would not recommend to use the app as they can’t have many things from the menu in the app. She sounded careless and doesn’t even bother to apologize.

It’s great to have the option to order to your table, however the app is not easy to navigate, especially the drinks.

They’ve completely revamped the app and it just looks like a page full of adverts now. It’s completely unintuitive. They should go back to making it quick and simple to use, so you can just order your drink and get on with your life. I didn’t know it had changed so opened it in the pub and had to go over hurdles to set up my new account. It’s ridiculously hard to paste in the 10% code from the Sport app, which currently remains undesecrated. It doesn’t even accept a secure password generated by iCloud Keychain, because it thinks there are personal details in it. If you make an iOS app, make it compatible with how iOS works. Update for developers: You can’t repeat your previous order, leading to a lot of tedious and repetitive legwork.

Very efficient service

The old app was a lot smoother and less complicated! This new app is very long winded. Also when putting voucher codes on the old app you could use camera to scan code. On the new app you cannot.

Drinks take forever to come because safe don’t know you’ve ordered them. Give them an alert to notify them

I won a free drink on Greene king sport but when I try and checkout it says your balance cannot be £0? It doesn’t say this on the sport app

Wonderful meal and staff are very helpful
