Tried to use the app today (7-12-20) and it doesn’t work.

I mainly use this app for its ductulator feature. It works most of the time but the app does have its bugs. Lately, the app will crash when selecting to size the duct through the airflow and friction factor parameters. It is the friction factor parameter that causes the app to crash. The app is not reliable but it's great for a quick reference when it works.

Got it to work once. Seemed fairly accurate. Definitely not reliable as is. Freezes up every time. I do have an older iOS....

I would expect so much more from Greenheck. This app is totally unusable and the interface looks like it was designed by my 4 year old. Come on, now, and get some professionals to design this for you. Pathetic.

Had to delete! Kept freezing up me whole phone! The few times it did work it was spot on! Fix please.....would love to keep using!

User interface is very cumbersome.

I have to say I expected more when I saw the Greenheck name. Ductulator needs to allow the user to set a duct height and should provide sizing for 1:1 thru 5:1 automatically with an alternate spot to enter anything more extreme.

Fan law function has few real world uses, especially if used in the field. One must know brake horsepower to run the calc. Who has that information in hand if one does not have submittal or fan curve in front if them? This functions is not applicable for typical VAV systems with a duct static pressure control set point. Without this, erroneous fan power, as well as fan rpm, will result. The ductulator needs a major overhaul. Good thing it is free...that is what it is worth.
