Does not send the code to activate app
Loaded the application fine but when I started it, it said I needed to enter code sent to my phone. Never worked. Tried it several times during the day and it never worked. Useless.

The newest release of Toronto’s only official “Green P App” from the Toronto Parking Authority makes it easier than ever to pay for parking. Now Available FOR ON-STREET PARKING and at all non-gated, off-street carparks. Get on the future fast track, without having to fumble for change or wait at the machine. You can set up your profile and pay using your PayPal Account or credit card.
Not only can you pay for your parking, but the Green P App will tell you when your parking time is going to expire and let you “top-up” your time if you need to.
Use either a credit card, Apple Pay or your PayPal account to pay for parking. You can use an existing PayPal account or set up a new one from the app– it’s another great way to pay for parking on the Green P app.
The Green P App makes it easier than ever to find the perfect spot at Green P carparks all over the city. The Green P Locator allows you to search for carparks by current location (GPS), location ID, address, or landmark.
Look for the Location ID on the posted hour of operation signs on-street or on the Pay & Display machines, and on Mobile Pay signs throughout Green P carparks to determine its availability.

Double pay confirmation is bad ux
Can you please update the pay confirmation to one tap? It is so frustrating to confirm 2 times to pay and totally unnecessary.
Remove pre load
It’s 2024, why is there a $20 minimum preload required? The website doesn’t need a preload to pay for parking but the app does. Why?
Scam!
Works except when it didn’t do that they can make money on ticket fines. Its a scam!
Paid for parking, never registered, got a ticket
Exactly as it says. I paid, but the app never honoured that I paid and ended up with a ticket.
$20 just to park once
I do not park on the street or in any public lot as I have no need to. There’s construction being done on my parking space so I decided to try parking on the street. I download the app add my credit card it says $5 for two hours parking but then says declined because you need to add minimum $20 to your wallet even though I will never use this again. I give up and add the $20, I go back now it says $8 for the same 2 hour spot.

Awful. Slow and buggy even on newest iPhone
This app is an embarrassment. It’s slow and buggy all the time. Everything takes 2 extra taps than you expect.
