Terrible service
None of the lawn companies ever actually showed up. This whole service is worthless. How do I give them zero stars?

None of the lawn companies ever actually showed up. This whole service is worthless. How do I give them zero stars?
So there I was, innocently looking for a new lawn mowing service. My previous guy had one main skill: leaving my gate wide open for the neighborhood dogs to stage their own canine Coachella in my backyard. And trust me, there’s no “forget my gate open” complaint button on their site—just a little review system, like a passive-aggressive comment box for frustrated homeowners. So I moved on, hoping for better options. The site proudly tells me, “We’ll give you bids!” Sounds promising, right? But then I see the “average rate” flashing in bold: $40 per mow. Excuse me? Forty bucks? That’s nearly double what any sane mower charges off this app! And then I dig a little deeper—turns out, they’ve set this ridiculous “average” based on someone charging $90 to, I kid you not, push a mower in a straight line without trimming a single blade of grass on the edges. At this point, I’m feeling like I wandered into the lawn-mowing black market. I figure I’ll at least peek at the reviews, thinking maybe someone out there cracked the lawn care pricing code. But oh, it’s even better—turns out, this lawn service kingpin has like two or three devoted reviewers who left 120 glowing reviews… And now his sky-high prices are driving up everyone else’s rates, which feels like watching a really bad sequel no one asked for. The moral of the story? Apparently, all it takes is one guy with a mower and some wildly inflated rates to turn the neighborhood into a luxury lawn care dystopia. Done with this app
Here’s why? I canceled my yard service about two weeks ago and now the lawn service is charging me . I tried so hard to dispute on their app through the email and the text messages that were sent, but I can’t because I can’t upload the picture where Don’s Lawn Service NOT only took a picture of the wrong house but did not render any services . In other words he did not cut my Yard! I was trying to find a way that I could contact the by phone so that I can resolve this issue. I am still looking for a phone number. If not resolved , I will not recommend this app . If resolved , then I will change my review. Right now , it is a very poor app at this point. They need to do a much better job vetting their vendors.
I booked a service and had to wait a week for them to come and then the night before I got an email that they were no longer with GreenPal?? Ok..so now I’m in desperate need and I go back to hire another one of my original bids and the price has gone up by $25!!! What!! Why?? So, I go ahead and hire them anyways because I’m kinda getting desperate and Boom!!…Cancelled on!! Apparently the company I hired had overbooked for the day?!! Umm.. C’mon this has got to be a joke! I’m done! Do Not Recommend this Company!!
Needed an urgent service and came across this app. Gave it a try and it was a success. Super easy to setup and use. This app makes it easy to pay and not have to deal with any shady stuff. Received several bids and just picked the one I preferred. Company I worked with had great communication and didn’t try to last minute price change. The quoted price is what I paid. I look forward to continuing my service with them.
Worst experience ever. Would rate 1/2 star if it was an option. 1. GreenPal has zero customer service to help if there is an issue. Only a chat bot which does not understand anything. 2. Earls LawnCare canceled once and no showed twice and kept saying “someone would be out in the morning to fix the issue”. And at the same time requesting payment. What is the point of a lawn app if the vendors don’t mow lawns?
Eco Lawn care did a great job with my lawn service. I would recommend them!
I was able to use the the website to setup account and get a bid for my lawn. After about 2 months, I was locked out of my account on the website so I downloaded the app to give it a try. I was able to reset my password but the app and website never worked for me. I tried for about a month with zero luck. The customer service is non existent. It’s just a auto response bot that will send you the same email until it stops responding. I can’t even delete my account. I ended up just going with a different company.
Trying to use the app but it doesn’t recognize the email I signed up with online. While I love how greenpal has helped me the two stars is for the app itself.
This app forced me to write feedback after service when I don’t want to.
